On this third Sunday of our “Good Inside” series we will focus on the importance of connection. From our closest relationships to our call to live as the body of Christ in the world, connection is key! 1 Corinthians 12:12-31 reminds us how challenging yet essential it is to maintain connection in the body. While it’s common to respond to unwanted behavior with separation, what might happen if we tried connection instead?
This Sunday is also Health & Human Services Sunday, a day to remember and celebrate ministries of the wider church that care for bodies of every kind. We’ll enjoy music from our choirs, directed by Jeffrey Frederic Paul. Rev. Jen Chapman will preach and lead the service, and Susan Wooten will serve as liturgist.
