Each Sunday of Advent we’ll be leaning into JOY with special Social Hour festivities following worship!

In addition to our always wonderful refreshments and fellowship, we will enjoy live Christmas music by “Two of Hearts,” our very own Elena Caruthers and Anthony Knight, delighting us with the warmth of their folk style singing and acoustic guitar. There will even be some opportunities for us to sing along. “Two of Hearts” will perform during Social Hour each Sunday of Advent: Dec. 3, Dec. 10, and Dec. 17th. 

We’ll also have weekly special activities, beginning with an Ugly Christmas Sweater Contest on December 3rd. There will be prizes for the “Most Festive,” “Most Beautifully Tacky,” “Most Hideous” and “Best Ugliest Christmas Sweater”. If you don’t have an ugly Christmas sweater there’s still plenty of time to find or make one! Be creative, have some fun, and wear your ugly Christmas sweater to worship on the first Sunday of Advent!
