Anonymous Survey: Vaccines and In-Person Worship

Dear friends,

We are excited to hear that many members and friends of Arlington Community Church who are eligible have been receiving their Covid-19 vaccines. Because the possibility of gathering in person (with sufficient protocols, of course) feels a little closer on the horizon, we thought we’d send out a brief, anonymous survey to gauge the interest level and availability of the ACC community for in-person worship, once re-opening is allowed by the county.

Please take five minutes to respond to these questions about vaccinations and your interest in resuming in-person worship. Again, this survey is anonymous, and your name and contact are not required.
