On this first Sunday of Lent, Rev. Dr. Celestine Fields leads us through worship and speaks on how God follows us – even into the depths of the wilderness. We do see God’s presence. We are never alone on the arid days nor in barren lands. Tim K. Murphy leads this week’s hymns and provides this week's Prelude, Offertory, and Postlude with selections from Valentin Silvestrov, Richard M. Jones & Phaime Gow. This week’s Special Music is, “Sicilienne” by Gabriel Faure performed by Shati Moorjani, piano & guest musician, Chieko Chambers, flute. Susan Russell reads this week's Gathering Words and scripture from Luke 4:1-13, New Revised Standard Version. Helen Winters lights the Candle for Ukraine.
