This Sunday we'll pray for students, staff and educators going back to school and consider Mark 10:13-16 where Jesus said, "let the children come to me." What do we do when the children aren't coming? How can we embody the welcome and blessing of Jesus to the children of our community? We’ll ponder these questions together and ask the Spirit to guide us. We’ll also enjoy the musical talents of the ACC ensemble, led by Tim K. Murphy, and Joe Pratt will lead us in this Sunday’s hymns.
Please note we are not having a potluck brunch as originally planned. We will meet in the Sanctuary and it will be a regular service.
