This Sunday we welcome back Pastor Julie from two weeks of rest and spending time with her family in Michigan. Pastors Barry (Pastor Bubba to some of you) and Julie will lead us in worship, celebration, and reflections about mothers, including gratitude and forgiveness. Perhaps we’ll meet some mothers from the Bible as part of our time together. Tim K. Murphy will lead us through this week’s hymns and diverse musical selections from Yoshiaki Dewa & Johnny Mandel. ACC Music Director, Jeffrey Frederic Paul will lead The ACC Choir for this week’s Special Music. Joe Pratt will perform an original composition for this week’s Offertory. Tom Dean will light the candles for Ukraine, Syria, Turkey, and for those suffering from gun violence as well as read Gathering Words & Scripture from Proverbs 31:25-31 & John 19:25-27, NRSVUE.
