Our Annual Meeting will be held January 23rd at 11:00 AM via zoom. Worship will be pre-recorded, so if you wish to view it at 10, it will be done before 11. The Bylaws call for in-person voting for bylaw changes so the change considered will be discussed in the meeting but not voted on until we can have a safe in-person Congregational Meeting. All other votes require a simple majority and can take place and be confirmed in that in-person meeting. You will receive an email the week prior to the meeting with the zoom link and meeting materials including: Annual Reports, proposed budget and list of proposed council members. In consideration of member safety during our current Covid-19 surge, and a need to move ahead with the business of the church, this seems to be the best decision.

At the meeting, we will:

· Approve the budget for 2022. Randy and the Council have been working hard on this. He’ll be presenting information and answering questions.

· Elect Council Members for 2022.

· Consider a Bylaw amendment to allow virtual confidential voting in the future if needed. This will not yet be voted on until we can meet in person safely.

· Recognize leaders who served in 2021.
