Have YOU experienced discrimination?  Did you even recognize it at the time?  How do you recall that experience today – with anger, with disappointment, with just plain “that’ s the way it was/is”.  If you are white, likely the discrimination was not because of your skin color, but maybe your gender … or another factor?
