"A Parting Gift: Providing for your Heirs.” Reece Halpern, of the Halpern Law Office in Albany, will walk us through the estate planning process and also provide some self-help steps you can take. Reece will speak for about 30 minutes, then take questions from the audience. Come to learn and share your wisdom!
